Meanwhile, the fastest help is already on this site: the FAQ answers cover every common case — file-size targeting, formats, faint scans, cropping and verification — and the built-in sample signature lets you reproduce any issue end to end.

For the fastest help, include

• The exam or portal name, plus a link to its official notification or advertisement PDF
• Your required dimensions in pixels, the KB limit, and the accepted formats
• What Signora reported (dimensions, file size, format) versus what you expected — a screenshot of the stats panel is ideal

Please don't attach sensitive originals unless we ask — the stats screenshot is almost always enough to diagnose the issue, and it keeps your documents private.

Response time

We aim to reply within 2–3 working days. During active application windows that can stretch a little — if your deadline is within 48 hours, trust the official notification first: it is the authoritative source for every requirement, and no tool can overrule it.

Report a bug

Tell us your browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on Android 14"), the file type you uploaded, and the exact steps. If the processed preview looked wrong, mention the settings shown in the stats line — quality, ink, rotation and filter values are all printed there.
